My First Award
The lovely Federica of Sweet as a Candy gave me an award. My first! I'd like to pass this on to some new blogs that I've only recently discovered:
Sweet Sweet Life
Olive and Bleu
White and Wander
Forever Cottage
Check them out if you haven't already. I also want to pass this on to Janna of Artsy Fartsy Finds who has been so sweet and supportive of me since I began blogging only a few weeks ago.

Am I the only one?
Am I the only dork who loves to look at a pretty and organized closet or cabinet? I'm also a sucker for cute product packaging to go inside the organized closet or cabinet.

Reading is sexy
Reading is sexy. Just look at Marilyn.

I have been so busy lately that I haven't had much time to read. I really need to make time for it. I usually read before bed but lately I've been falling right to sleep. Is anyone else like me and devour 10 books in a row and then slack off for a month or so? I'd really love to curl up in this chair and read some of the books that are on my To-Read List. You don't want to know how long my To-Read List is. This is just a small sampling.

Sign...Sign...Everywhere a sign....
...blocking out the scenery breaking my mind. Do this don't do that. Can't you read the sign? (I like the Tesla version.)

I've always wanted one of these old subway signs. {Photo via Nick Bowers}

Um, stop it right now. I can't take it. This huge vintage sign was made into a rolling door. How fabulous is this? {Photo via Apartment Therapy}

I love how bright and colorful this dining nook is. I love the sign and yes that is Josh Grobin. I wanna see the rest of his house now. {Photo via In Style}

These three are all from Nancy Fishelson. As much as I love living with color, I also really love her neutral style. There is always so much to look at it in her rooms. I could just sit and look at them for ages.
